1. Nature of the Platform

No income, profit, performance, or financial outcome is guaranteed. Participation results depend entirely on individual behavior, market conditions, and system activity.

2. Free Registration

Registration on the platform is currently free.

Access to educational materials and platform features does not require payment unless a participant voluntarily elects to engage in paid offerings or participation programs.

3. Company Structure & Origin

Innovative Quests Inc. (Canada), a company operating for approximately three and a half years, is the inventor and originating entity of the My Primary Program system.

During the founding phase, My Primary Program operates under this parent structure.

4. Upcoming U.S. Entity Formation

Within approximately thirty (30) days, My Primary Program is expected to be formed as a U.S. limited liability company, potentially in Nevada, Delaware, or Wyoming, subject to final structural and compliance considerations.

Executive leadership, including CEO selection, is in progress. No guarantees are made regarding timing or jurisdiction.

5. Founding Participation Window

Between February 4, 2026 and March 1, 2026, participants who complete checkout transactions ranging from $500 to $50,000 may be eligible for founding-phase participation.

All eligibility, allocation, and participation terms are fully disclosed at checkout and are subject to availability and acceptance of all applicable agreements.

6. Participation Is Not Ownership

Participation does not automatically confer ownership, equity, voting rights, governance authority, or control unless explicitly stated in a separate, fully executed written agreement.

7. Allocation Structure (Founding Phase)

During the founding phase:

• Up to 10% profit participation allocation may be made available in blocks of $500

• Allocation is issued in $500 blocks, subject to defined limits

• Additional participation tiers may require separate checkout flows and documentation

All allocations are subject to availability, verification, and final documentation.

8. No Guaranteed Launch Date

There is no guaranteed public launch date.

All timelines are dependent on development readiness, compliance review, and regulatory considerations. Delays do not constitute breach or misrepresentation.

9. Pre-Launch Team Building

Participants may be permitted to pre-build teams or networks prior to official activation.

All positions, records, and structures merge seamlessly upon formal system activation according to predefined rules.

10. Education Delivery

Once educational content is added to the system, it remains available.

The company may add, revise, or expand educational material but is not obligated to continue producing new content indefinitely.

11. Ledger Execution & Payments

Once value is fully settled and executed through predefined system rules:

• No human discretion applies

• Execution does not depend on company leadership or ownership

• Distributed value cannot be reversed, clawed back, or altered

Execution is rule-based, automated, and non-discretionary.

12. Regulatory Scope

The system is designed so that settled execution continues according to predefined rules, independent of ongoing company operations or leadership discretion.

13. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Understanding how the system works

• Acting ethically and truthfully

• Following all marketing, legal, tax, and compliance rules

Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.

14. Termination

Termination removes participation rights and future eligibility.

Positions may be reassigned according to system rules, including redirection to charitable or alternative allocations where applicable.

15. No Guarantees
